Eve Dunham

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Eve is responsible for property oversight, employee development, and process improvement. Through her commitment to making a significant and positive impact,  she is focused on tenant satisfaction, employee effectiveness, and industry innovations.

Eve began her career establishing a government contracting company in  in 2017, gaining unparalleled experience managing remote workgroups, meeting compliance and regulatory requirements, and installing sustainable solutions. She studied political science at the University of Maine, is  COS Certified, and Accredited by US Housing Consultants.

Outside of the office, Eve enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with family.
